SKN Story

SKN Properties is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate development company founded in 1991 by Scott and Kim Negri. Initially focused on one-to-five-acre retail developments throughout California, the company has grown into a diversified real estate firm with projects spanning retail, multifamily, and industrial sectors.

Over the years, SKN Properties has partnered with a wide range of national and regional tenants, including Starbucks, Chipotle, and ABC Supply Co. Following the 2008 recession, the company expanded beyond California, acquiring and developing properties in Texas, Kansas, and Washington, and continuing into Arizona, Idaho, and Illinois.

With over 35 years of industry experience, SKN Properties has built its reputation on adaptability, strategic growth, and a commitment to creating well-designed, long-lasting developments that serve both tenants and communities.

Scott Negri

Scott takes a hands-on approach in the full development process, from initial concept through tenant selection, to ensure long-term project success in the company’s diverse portfolio.
